⬇ GPX Export

The GPX file contains the exact route path. Here's how to use it:

OsmAnd (Android / iOS)

1. Download the GPX file to your phone
2. Open OsmAnd → My Places → Tracks
3. Tap Import and select the GPX file
4. Tap the track → Follow to start turn-by-turn navigation along the exact path

Strava

1. Go to strava.com/maps/routes on a computer
2. Click Create new route
3. Use the Import from GPX option (or drag the GPX file onto the map)
4. Save the route → it syncths to the Strava mobile app
5. On phone: open the route → Use route → start activity

Komoot

1. Go to komoot.com and log in
2. Click Import → select the GPX file
3. Komoot converts it into a Komoot tour
4. Open the tour in the Komoot app → Start navigation for voice-guided directions

Garmin Connect

1. Go to connect.garmin.com
2. Courses → Create Course → Import GPX
3. Select the downloaded GPX file
4. Save the course → use Send to Device or Create Workout
5. The route appears on your Garmin watch under Navigation

📍 Google Maps Export

Opens the route waypoints in Google Maps for quick navigation.

How it works

Google Maps receives the route waypoints as stops on a round trip. It then calculates its own path between those stops.

Best for

• Quick "get me started" navigation from your current location to the route
• Approximate guidance when you don't have a dedicated running app
